Service Description

Step into the Birchwood and spend an evening learning how to paint a famous work. Relax in our twinkly, airy studio with a glass of fizz (or red or white). Our choice for March is one of the most famous Japanese works by artist Hakusai. Using pen and gouache you will be taken through the various steps that will help you create your own version of The Great Wave off Kanagawa. Previous art experience is not necessary. This is about having a good time in a relaxed and friendly studio. Come along as part of a group or have an evening to yourself being absorbed learning something new. Classes will be limited to 10 people, over 18s only. All materials, drinks and snacks are provided. A £5 discount will be applied to people wanting soft drinks only (refunded after booking). Join us on Saturday 26 March 6.30 - 9pm.
