Printmaking from the Landscape

Class Details

This workshop will explore combining the expressive printmaking techniques of collagraph together with monoprinting. It will introduce the processes involved in each method, from working with a reverse image to using a variety of textured materials for collagraph. The textural results of collagraph works effectively with the unique and painterly quality of monoprint lending itself to landscapes. We will be looking at a variety of Scottish landscape imagery for inspiration. Each person will finish this workshop with a series of unique and painterly prints to take home. All materials and refreshments morning and afternoon are included in the course fee. Customers are welcome to bring a packed lunch or there are excellent local shops and cafes.

Cancellation Policy

We hope to avoid cancelling classes or workshops whenever possible but sometimes life happens and it's unavoidable. When we have cancelled you will be offered either a refund or the opportunity to transfer your booking to another class/time. We can't offer refunds if you can't make it to a class or workshop but if there are places available on another day we will do our best to fit you in. If you cancel 14 days or more before an event we will refund you if we are able to re-sell your place(s).
