Summer Term - Relief Printing
Starts Wed 23rd April, 6.30 - 9pm with Anupa Gardner
Class Details
Join artist and printmaker Anupa Gardner for 6 weeks of hands-on fun and learning. In this six week course you will be introduced to different methods of making a relief print. You will make a glue block, a jigsaw block using tetra pak and lastly a lino block. With each you will print a small edition that you can take away. Anupa has an MA in illustration from Edinburgh College of Art and can be often found teaching there, exhibiting her work or creating from her Custom House Studio. She has a calm and supportive nature and encourages students to find their own style and enjoy the process. All levels welcome from complete beginners to those who want to refine techniques they already have. Feel free to choose your own theme or follow Anupa’s suggestions. All materials and refreshments are included in the course fee.
Cancellation Policy
We hope to avoid cancelling classes or workshops whenever possible but sometimes life happens and it's unavoidable. When we have cancelled you will be offered either a refund or the opportunity to transfer your booking to another class/time. We can't offer refunds if you can't make it to a class or workshop but if there are places available on another day we will do our best to fit you in. If you cancel 14 days or more before an event we will refund you if we are able to re-sell your place(s). We reserve the right to substitute the advertised tutor with someone of equal skill/expertise.
